About this role
Anduril Industries seeks an Electrical Engineer to design and develop embedded control electronics for tactical reconnaissance and strike drones. You'll take products from concept through production, collaborating across hardware, software, and test teams in a fast-paced defense technology environment.
What you'll do
- Design embedded control electronics including hardware selection, schematic design, PCB layout, board bring-up, and flight testing
- Troubleshoot electrical and software integration issues using lab equipment and debugging tools
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software, firmware, and test engineers on product delivery
- Support rapid prototyping, new developments, active deployments, and customer-operated systems
- Conduct system-level integration and validation testing
What they're looking for
- Embedded systems design and troubleshooting
- Mixed signal circuit design and integration
- Test equipment proficiency (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, debuggers)
- Altium Designer or equivalent EDA tools
- C/Linux firmware development (preferred)
- Hardware debugging and signal analysis
- Git, GitHub, JIRA familiarity (preferred)
- Knowledge of SPI, ADCs, timers, and hardware peripherals (preferred)
