Electrical Engineer, Generalist

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks an Electrical Engineer Generalist to design and develop mission-critical PCB/hardware systems for advanced defense technology. You'll lead full-lifecycle board designs, validate complex systems through testing and simulation, and collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams to deliver cutting-edge electrical solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead complete PCB/CCA/PCBA design from architecture through fabrication and integration
• Perform simulations (SI/PI, thermal) and hands-on debugging of hardware at board and system levels
• Create and execute test plans, procedures, and fixtures for hardware validation in demanding environments
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, firmware, and manufacturing teams on system integration and design optimization
• Conduct hardware bring-up and prototype testing using standard lab equipment
• Research and apply new technologies to advance defense electrical solutions
