About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a GNC Engineer to develop high-fidelity modeling and simulation systems for command and control software, including vehicle dynamics, trajectory prediction, and weapon system effectiveness analysis. You'll work on physics-based simulations and state estimation tools that support real-time threat prediction and autonomous mission execution in defense applications.
What you'll do
- Develop high-fidelity models of vehicle dynamics, interceptor performance, and weapon system effectiveness
- Implement resource models and control systems for asset allocation and tasking against dynamic threats
- Build physics-based simulations and mission engineering tools validated across operational scenarios
- Create trajectory prediction and state estimation capabilities for threat and asset behavior characterization
- Integrate modeling and simulation technologies into command and control software stack
- Tailor models for mission-critical use cases and translate technical progress for diverse stakeholders
