About this role
Anduril Industries seeks an RF Production Engineer to bridge radar hardware design and scalable manufacturing, optimizing complex RF and electronic assembly processes from prototype through full-rate production. You'll troubleshoot production issues, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with design and operations teams to accelerate time-to-market for cutting-edge defense radar systems.
What you'll do
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for RF electronic assemblies from prototyping through full production
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation including assembly instructions, inspection plans, and tool designs
- Troubleshoot production line issues using root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, process capability studies, and yield optimization
- Provide design-for-manufacturability feedback to RF and electrical engineers on producibility and constraints
- Develop and validate test procedures and fixtures for RF systems and electronic components
