About this role
Anduril Industries seeks an Industrial Engineer to develop discrete event simulation models and critical chain schedules for an advanced AI-driven maritime manufacturing facility. You'll use simulation tools to optimize production planning, identify bottlenecks, and automate workflows that support rapid scaling of autonomous defense systems.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain discrete event simulation models for maritime manufacturing processes
- Build critical chain project management models to drive production scheduling and resource leveling
- Write scripts and automate production control workflows to increase team throughput
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to validate simulation assumptions and implement improvements
- Provide data-driven analysis for capital equipment investments and capacity planning
- Create visualizations and reports for cross-functional decision-making
