About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to lead the industrialization of Connected Warfare products at Arsenal-1, a hyperscale manufacturing facility in Ohio. You'll oversee the complete manufacturing value chain—from prototyping through high-volume production—while driving design for manufacturability, optimizing production lines, and scaling critical defense systems.

What you'll do

  • Manage end-to-end manufacturing of products from prototyping through full-scale production
  • Collaborate with design engineers to embed Design for Manufacturability best practices early in development
  • Create and maintain manufacturing documentation including MBOMs, work instructions, and process flows
  • Serve as liaison for mechanical fabrication and avionics, advising on quality and manufacturing processes
  • Conduct continuous improvement analysis on cost, quality, and capacity metrics
  • Travel to suppliers and partner sites to source components and resolve production issues
