Manufacturing Engineer, Digital Tools

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to lead the deployment and adoption of ProductionOS manufacturing software solutions. You'll work with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing operations, drive software adoption across the company, and bridge communication between users and developers in a defense technology environment.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement manufacturing software strategies that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing software roadmap with business objectives
• Drive adoption of manufacturing software solutions and manage feedback loops between users and developers
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to maintain cutting-edge manufacturing processes
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of software standards and best practices
• Partner with manufacturing leadership to conceptualize solutions and gather requirements
