About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to lead the deployment and adoption of ProductionOS, their internal manufacturing software platform. You'll bridge engineering and operations by implementing digital manufacturing strategies, managing stakeholder feedback, and driving organizational adoption of advanced manufacturing systems.
What you'll do
- Deploy and drive adoption of ProductionOS manufacturing software across the organization
- Develop manufacturing software strategies with leadership to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality
- Manage feedback loop between end-users and software development teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align manufacturing software roadmap with business objectives
- Create and maintain documentation for manufacturing software procedures and best practices
- Monitor industry trends to ensure manufacturing processes remain competitive
