About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to own manufacturing processes for cutting-edge maritime defense hardware, from design for manufacturability through production scaling. You'll develop tooling solutions, process flows, and documentation while collaborating with contract manufacturers and technicians in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

  • Own manufacturing value chain for assigned products, including process design and optimization
  • Develop novel tooling solutions for fabrication and assembly of structural components
  • Create process flows and documentation including work instructions, quality plans, and inspection requirements
  • Partner with contract manufacturers across PCBA, metallic fabrication, and assembly disciplines
  • Conduct hands-on prototype building with technicians and contribute to mechanical/electrical design
  • Travel to suppliers for sourcing, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing quality procedures
