Manufacturing Process Development Engineer, Intelligence Systems

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Process Development Engineer to design and optimize manufacturing processes for defense intelligence systems. You'll develop assembly procedures, dispense applications, and technical documentation while providing production support in a fast-paced environment focused on scaling cutting-edge defense technology.

What you'll do

• Design and optimize manual assembly processes for high-volume, low-mix production with emphasis on efficiency and quality
• Create comprehensive manufacturing work instructions and process documentation with visual aids
• Engineer and optimize dispensing operations for adhesives, sealants, and thermal materials
• Provide lineside production support to address process deviations and maintain manufacturing flow
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams on manufacturability and new product introductions
