About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Test Engineer for their Drones team to oversee testing operations for advanced drone systems (Bolt, Anvil, Ghost). You'll develop and maintain test processes, troubleshoot electrical issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing test capabilities.
What you'll do
- Oversee production test flow, troubleshoot electrical issues, and ensure quality standards for drone systems
- Develop and maintain test capabilities across manufacturing value stream from component validation to system acceptance
- Improve existing test systems for automation, consistency, cycle time reduction, and test coverage
- Create test work instructions, train technicians, and develop failure mode libraries for troubleshooting
- Conduct root cause analysis, perform corrective actions, and support customer returns and failure investigation
- Analyze test data, optimize test strategies, and maintain/calibrate test equipment
