About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Test Engineer for its Electromagnetic Warfare division to own test activities across the production value stream, ensuring quality and throughput of advanced defense hardware. You'll troubleshoot complex electrical issues, improve test automation, develop work instructions, and drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and process optimization.

What you'll do

  • Own test activities in production, providing hands-on troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical issues during testing
  • Maintain test capabilities from system-level checkouts to component-level in-process validation across the manufacturing value stream
  • Improve and sustain test systems to enhance automation, consistency, cycle time, and test coverage
  • Generate clear test work instructions for technicians and provide equipment training as needed
  • Perform root cause and corrective action analysis (RCCA) on product failures and customer returns
  • Analyze test data, document results, and collaborate with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing teams on product improvements
