About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Test Engineer to develop and execute comprehensive test procedures for Roadrunner, an advanced VTOL counter-UAS system, at its new Arsenal-1 facility in Ohio. The role involves designing test systems, validating production compliance, analyzing data, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure quality and drive manufacturing excellence. Selected candidates will complete a 3-month training program at headquarters in Costa Mesa, California.
What you'll do
- Design and develop test plans, procedures, and automated test systems for aircraft components and systems
- Validate test systems on production lines to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
- Analyze test data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
- Perform root cause analysis on discrepancies and failures, implementing corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain documentation of test procedures and results; prepare reports for stakeholders
- Train production personnel on test equipment and procedures; provide cross-functional technical support
