Mission Operations Engineer

Anduril Industries seeks a Mission Operations Engineer to serve as a customer-facing account manager for defense technology deployments, primarily managing forward-deployed accounts with strategic partners. This role involves orchestrating product deployments, ensuring client mission success, and collaborating across internal teams to shape offerings that meet evolving defense needs.

What you'll do

• Manage customer relationships and serve as primary account manager for strategic defense partners
• Plan and execute deployments of Anduril products in the field, including training and performance oversight
• Develop measures of performance, write technical reports, and create user engagement roadmaps
• Translate customer requirements into product specifications and represent client needs to engineering teams
• Meet commercial targets and identify growth opportunities by understanding client problem sets
• Collaborate across engineering, product, logistics, finance, and legal teams to deliver integrated solutions
