Mission Operations Engineer

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Mission Operations Engineer to lead the deployment and management of advanced aerial drone systems (Bolt and Anvil) for military customers. This role combines customer relationship ownership, field operations management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure mission success while driving commercial growth.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute deployments of Bolt and Anvil drone systems to support customer missions nationwide and internationally
• Train end users and maintain high product performance in the field
• Develop and manage customer relationships across operational and executive levels
• Meet commercial targets and identify growth opportunities aligned with customer needs
• Gather customer feedback on product usage and collaborate with engineering teams on improvements
• Coordinate across Anduril teams including engineering, product, logistics, and technical operations
