About this role

Anduril Industries seeks an NPI Engineer to manage the successful launch and transfer of autonomous underwater vehicle products across global manufacturing sites. You'll bridge design and production teams, establish knowledge transfer frameworks, and ensure consistent quality and scalability from pilot to rate production.

What you'll do

  • Own configuration management decisions and impacts across multiple production sites
  • Design and implement standardized knowledge transfer frameworks including checklists, templates, and stage-gate reviews
  • Serve as primary point of contact for NPI programs and coordinate cross-functional activities between engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing
  • Embed with engineering and operations teams from early development through initial production to capture and transfer product and process knowledge
  • Facilitate cross-site collaborations through communication forums and technical deep dives between all involved locations
  • Manage engineering change workflows (ECR/ECO) and track risks, issues, and mitigation actions
