About this role
Anduril Industries is looking for a Product Quality Engineer to enhance the quality of their Electromagnetic Warfare products. This role involves defining and executing quality processes, managing product reliability, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet mission requirements.
What you'll do
- Eliminate product risks to enhance reliability throughout the product lifecycle.
- Define and improve product and process quality requirements.
- Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities.
- Analyze product health data and support quality control.
- Manage non-conforming parts on the production line.
- Support continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Knowledge of AS9100 Quality Management System
- Experience with RF and electronic systems
- Familiarity with FMEA and APQP methodologies
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical manufacturing processes
- Project management skills
- Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance
