About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Product Quality Engineer to establish and manage quality processes for autonomous systems manufacturing at its Arsenal-1 hyperscale facility near Columbus, Ohio. You'll drive product reliability from design through field deployment, lead root cause investigations, and champion the transition to sustainable production while managing cross-functional quality initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Implement data collection and incident reporting processes to inform design reviews, verification, validation, and process qualification
  • Lead root cause and corrective action (RCCA) investigations for field and reliability issues; share lessons learned across teams
  • Establish quality metrics and conduct product health data analysis to measure and predict performance
  • Own product risk elimination across the full lifecycle from concept through manufacturing to field use
  • Support transition from new product introduction to sustainable, predictable customer experience
  • Define and improve product and process requirements; support Quality Management System documentation
