Product Sourcing Engineer, Autonomous Airpower

Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Sourcing Engineer to enhance the supply chain for its Autonomous Airpower products. This role focuses on supplier collaboration, cost management, and product lifecycle support, integrating efforts from engineering to manufacturing.

What you'll do

• Manage supplier selection and engagement
• Accelerate product development with strategic suppliers
• Develop and consolidate manufacturing BOMs
• Conduct CAPEX management during NPI
• Perform value-stream mapping for supply optimization
• Lead cost engineering activities and address cost issues

What they're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or engineering
• 3+ years in sourcing engineering or supplier development
• Expertise in value engineering or TCO
• Willingness to travel 10%-40%
• Ability to relocate to Costa Mesa, CA
• Deep experience in electronics/mechanical design
