Program Chief Engineer

About this role

Lead technical strategy and execution for Anduril's Air Defense program, serving as the primary liaison between engineering teams and military clients. Own program delivery while navigating ambiguity, gathering operational feedback, and translating strategic goals into actionable engineering outcomes.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with internal teams, external clients, and industry partners to align objectives and gather operational insights
• Own technical outcomes by understanding system performance and driving product development based on operational learnings
• Translate strategic business goals and client requirements into actionable project plans with clear milestones
• Bridge engineering development and operational delivery through sprint planning, execution support, and event management
• Execute autonomously on ambiguous requirements, shaping solutions that optimize for both client needs and company goals
• Manage cross-team collaboration to unblock and accelerate initiatives spanning multiple engineering teams
