Program Chief Engineer, SIP

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Program Chief Engineer to serve as technical owner for the SIP portfolio, driving strategy, integration, and deployment of complex mission systems from concept through field operations. This role requires balancing rapid execution with technical rigor while coordinating across engineering, customers, vendors, and military stakeholders to deliver advanced defense capabilities.

What you'll do

• Own technical strategy, architecture, and execution for the SIP portfolio across hardware, software, sensors, and third-party systems
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex mission systems including Anduril products, Lattice integrations, and customer-furnished equipment
• Translate customer needs into executable technical plans, product requirements, integration roadmaps, and fielding strategies
• Drive systems integration across internal teams, third-party vendors, and government interfaces with pragmatic decision-making
• Manage ATO/RMF authorization strategy and maintain technical baselines across deployed operational sites
• Support business development through proposals, BOEs, RFP responses, and technical scope definition
