About this role
Anduril Industries seeks an experienced RFML Operations Lead to drive advanced research in radio frequency machine learning, wireless systems, and signal processing. You will lead a team of engineers in developing cutting-edge RFML models for RF sensing, spectrum sensing, and 5G applications while managing multiple concurrent projects.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of RFML engineers while developing strategic vision for machine learning integration in RF sensing and wireless communications
- Design and develop advanced RFML models for spectrum sensing, channel equalization, estimation, and modeling applications
- Provide technical expertise in 5G and wireless systems to inform algorithm development while maintaining performance constraints
- Identify and solve complex signal processing and wireless system challenges using novel RFML techniques
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects, manage resources, and mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery
- Stay current with RFML advancements and industry trends to guide team technical direction
