About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Site Reliability Engineer to maintain uptime and reliability of deployed imaging systems in the field. You'll diagnose multi-stack issues, handle customer escalations, and build automation to prevent recurring problems, working directly with field teams and customers when systems fail.

What you'll do

  • Serve as first and second line of response for escalated support issues from customers and internal teams
  • Build and maintain runbooks, diagnostics, and self-service tools to reduce repeat incidents
  • Reproduce software defects and hand off cleanly to engineering teams while protecting their focus
  • Provide remote troubleshooting support to field operators and walk through diagnostics
  • Travel ~15% for field deployments and support windows

What they're looking for

  • Linux system administration and troubleshooting
  • Network diagnostics (IP, routing, VPNs, field connectivity)
  • Multi-layer system diagnosis across hardware, firmware, and services
  • On-call rotation and production support experience
  • Technical writing and runbook documentation
  • Remote troubleshooting and non-technical communication
  • Deployed systems operations and post-deployment ownership
