About this role
LG Electronics seeks a Product Development Engineer II to strengthen its HVAC R&D capabilities at the Alpharetta, Georgia innovation center. You'll conduct research, analyze product performance data, and provide engineering solutions to support the development and commercialization of new HVAC equipment for the US market.
What you'll do
- Provide engineering insight and improvement solutions for new HVAC product development
- Analyze and evaluate HVAC product performance data with statistical methods
- Review design shortcomings to identify weaknesses and improvement opportunities
- Support field-based testing data analysis using statistical approaches
- Collaborate with R&D and factory laboratories on US-specific engineering requirements
- Assist in preparing service, installation, and engineering manuals for product launch
