About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Field Operations Engineer to deploy and support advanced imaging systems for Department of Defense customers. You'll serve as a subject matter expert bridging hardware, software, and networking challenges in real-world operational environments, while managing customer training, technical documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
What you'll do
- Deploy Anduril imaging products to DoD customers and provide direct technical support in the field
- Develop training materials, pre-deployment surveys, and technical documentation for customer operations
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured field conditions and drive them to resolution
- Configure systems, perform hardware setup, and ensure integration with customer infrastructure
- Communicate field issue status to internal teams and customers; manage cross-functional project coordination
- Ensure high availability and performance of imaging systems during operations
