About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Operations Engineer to deploy and support Mission Autonomy systems worldwide, troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking challenges in field environments. You'll provide hands-on technical support, customer training, and feedback to engineering teams while managing complex defense technology deployments.
What you'll do
- Deploy and maintain Mission Autonomy systems globally, including hardware setup, software configuration, and customer field support
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues spanning hardware, software, and networking in unstructured field conditions
- Administer Linux systems, manage containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker), and handle electrical components
- Conduct incident response root-cause analyses and implement preventive measures for defense systems
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers on deployment planning, operational logistics, and field status updates
- Train users on system employment and provide recommendations for product improvements to engineering teams
