About this role
AnySignal seeks an RF Hardware Engineer to design, test, and deploy advanced RF communications devices for space applications. You'll lead product development from concept through manufacturing and integration while collaborating with a cross-functional engineering team.
What you'll do
- Design and own RF products at PCB, box, and system integration levels
- Conduct trade studies and design analyses while evaluating technical requirements
- Bring up, troubleshoot, and qualify new hardware designs
- Partner with supply chain and manufacturing teams to support production scaling
- Manage RF devices across frontend and conversion chains
What they're looking for
- RF circuit design (3+ years) including frontend and conversion stages
- Full PCB design cycle: schematic, layout, fabrication, assembly
- Design tools: Keysight ADS, Ansys HFSS, Altium Designer
- RF metrics analysis: S-parameters, P1dB, noise figure, EVM
- RF system analysis: cascades, link budgets, noise modeling
- Test equipment operation: oscilloscopes, VNAs, spectrum analyzers
- RF component knowledge: amplifiers, mixers, ADCs/DACs, filters, oscillators
- Soldering and board rework techniques
