About this role
Arena Intelligence seeks an ML Infrastructure software engineer to design and operate scalable, real-time data and API systems that power AI model evaluation at scale. You'll architect low-latency pipelines for processing massive event streams while mentoring engineers on infrastructure best practices in a fast-moving, research-driven environment.
What you'll do
- Architect and scale high-performance real-time API and data systems for AI model evaluation
- Design low-latency pipelines to process and analyze large-scale event streams
- Ensure data integrity, availability, and consistency across distributed infrastructure
- Mentor engineers on infrastructure best practices, architecture, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with AI researchers and product teams to anticipate infrastructure needs
- Build resilient, fault-tolerant systems that support transparent AI evaluation
