AI Factory, Value Engineer

About this role

Armada seeks a Value Engineer to build financial models and tell the business case story for Leviathan, a modular AI data center. You'll work directly with customers, investors, and government stakeholders to quantify deployment value, energy economics, and compute ROI—blending rigorous financial analysis with compelling narrative.

What you'll do

• Build full-stack financial models for Leviathan deployments including CapEx/OpEx, IRR, NPV, and sensitivity analyses
• Model customer ROI across AI training, inference, sovereign compute, and edge workload use cases
• Present tailored business cases to hyperscalers, energy companies, utilities, and government stakeholders
• Quantify macro-level economic impacts (GDP, employment, tax base) for CORE Zones and public-sector initiatives
• Support commercial structuring, pricing, and deal terms with data-driven analysis
• Maintain research-analyst perspective on AI compute trends and energy market dynamics
