About this role

Join Asana's AMER Solutions organization as an Enterprise Solutions Engineer helping drive adoption of Asana Service Management across IT and service teams. You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor partnering with Account Executives to conduct discovery, build solution designs, and deliver customized demos while gathering customer insights to shape the product roadmap.

What you'll do

  • Lead technical validation and solution design for IT and service team opportunities in mid-market accounts
  • Translate customer workflows and pain points into compelling business value narratives and practical solution architectures
  • Advise on solution architecture, integrations, administration, and deployment approaches for seamless customer fit
  • Build reusable demo assets and technical collateral to support field organization scaling
  • Surface customer objections and product gaps to Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and support account expansion opportunities
