About this role

Join Asana as an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to build and scale a new go-to-market strategy for Command by Asana targeting engineering and product development teams. You'll lead technical discovery, validate solutions, and partner with sales and product teams to drive adoption among mid-market and enterprise clients in NYC.

What you'll do

Lead technical validation and solution design for engineering teams from discovery through proof-of-concept and close
Develop deep expertise in product development workflows and map them to Command by Asana capabilities
Conduct discovery sessions, demonstrations, and architecture consultations tailored to customer environments
Translate customer pain points into compelling business value narratives for technical and executive stakeholders
Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Solutions Engineers on net-new and expansion deals
Provide feedback to product leadership on market needs and help shape product positioning

Walk us through your experience selling to or supporting Engineering teams. How do you typically approach discovery with engineering leaders and what questions do you ask to uncover their pain points?
Command helps teams with sprint planning, ticket management, and coordination. Can you describe your familiarity with software development workflows and how you'd translate those into value propositions for customers?

Tell us about a time you built repeatable sales or technical assets from scratch. How did you determine what patterns would scale, and how did you measure their effectiveness?
