About this role
Assort Health seeks a Solutions Engineer to guide enterprise healthcare clients through implementing AI-powered patient engagement workflows. You'll combine technical expertise with healthcare knowledge to translate business needs into platform solutions while partnering with sales, product, and engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Serve as technical advisor on complex MidMarket and Enterprise customer engagements
- Lead technical demonstrations and discovery sessions for prospects and customers
- Partner with Sales to drive strategic opportunities from qualification to close
- Mentor junior Solutions Engineers and develop reusable demos and reference architectures
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering
- Provide product feedback to inform platform evolution and feature prioritization
What they're looking for
- 3+ years pre-sales or solutions engineering experience
- 1-3 years healthcare or healthcare technology background
- Healthcare systems knowledge (EHR, PMS, RCM, Patient Engagement platforms)
- Strong executive presence and sales acumen
- Complex problem-solving and stakeholder management
- Enterprise systems integration experience
- Voice AI technology (nice-to-have)
- Healthcare data formats like FHIR or HL7 (nice-to-have)
