About this role

Assort Health seeks a Solutions Engineer to guide enterprise healthcare clients through implementing AI-powered patient engagement workflows. You'll combine technical expertise with healthcare knowledge to translate business needs into platform solutions while partnering with sales, product, and engineering teams.

What you'll do

  • Serve as technical advisor on complex MidMarket and Enterprise customer engagements
  • Lead technical demonstrations and discovery sessions for prospects and customers
  • Partner with Sales to drive strategic opportunities from qualification to close
  • Mentor junior Solutions Engineers and develop reusable demos and reference architectures
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering
  • Provide product feedback to inform platform evolution and feature prioritization

What they're looking for

  • 3+ years pre-sales or solutions engineering experience
  • 1-3 years healthcare or healthcare technology background
  • Healthcare systems knowledge (EHR, PMS, RCM, Patient Engagement platforms)
  • Strong executive presence and sales acumen
  • Complex problem-solving and stakeholder management
  • Enterprise systems integration experience
  • Voice AI technology (nice-to-have)
  • Healthcare data formats like FHIR or HL7 (nice-to-have)
