Flight Software Intern (Fall 2026)

About this role

Astranis is seeking a Flight Software Intern for a 12-week assignment to develop embedded and ground control software for satellites in high orbit. You'll work directly with engineers on meaningful projects, with potential for hardware/software to launch on actual satellites.

What you'll do

• Design, write, and test embedded software running on satellites
• Develop ground control and testing software
• Collaborate with engineering team on flight software projects
• Debug and validate software before orbital deployment
