About this role
Atom Computing seeks a Platform Engineer to design and maintain infrastructure supporting quantum computing software and research operations. You'll build systems for both on-premises lab environments and cloud platforms, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in Boulder.
What you'll do
- Design and implement infrastructure for on-premise lab environments and cloud platforms
- Build and operate systems powering quantum computing software and research workflows
- Collaborate with software, hardware, and control systems teams on infrastructure needs
- Maintain and troubleshoot production systems
- Develop automation and tooling to improve infrastructure reliability and efficiency
- Ensure scalability and performance of platform systems
