About this role
Attio seeks a Solutions Engineer to drive customer success for their AI-era CRM platform. You'll guide SMB customers through onboarding and adoption, develop scalable support programs, identify expansion opportunities, and provide product feedback to shape the roadmap.
What you'll do
- Provide direct technical support to new customers via video, email, and chat
- Design scalable onboarding programs including documentation, guides, and office hours
- Identify and support expansion opportunities across customer accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer product issues
- Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements

- Customer-facing technical support and solution design
- SaaS concepts (APIs, JSON, integrations)
- iPaaS platforms (Zapier, Tray.ai, IFTTT)
- Programming or query language (JavaScript, Python, SQL)
- Technical communication and problem-solving
- Independent work in fast-paced environments
- Complex product deployment experience
