Revenue Operations GTM Engineer

About this role

AvePoint seeks a Revenue Operations GTM Engineer to build the technical infrastructure powering cross-functional revenue operations. You'll architect automation and integrations connecting CRM, marketing platforms, product telemetry, and financial systems into a scalable, real-time operating environment that reduces manual work and accelerates revenue execution.

What you'll do

• Design and implement scalable GTM automation workflows across CRM, marketing, customer experience, and financial systems
• Build integrations and data models connecting multiple platforms into a unified revenue operations ecosystem
• Architect automation layer to reduce manual dependencies and latency between signal and action
• Operationalize go-to-market strategy through workflow automation, orchestration, and AI capabilities
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to translate business strategy into production-ready solutions
• Maintain and optimize end-to-end lead-to-cash and renewal-to-expansion workflows
