About this role
Join AvePoint as a Solution Engineer to serve as the key technical leader throughout the sales cycle, partnering with sales executives to close deals through product demonstrations and pre-sales support. You'll educate prospects on AvePoint's Microsoft and multicloud solutions, with a focus on Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), while building custom proof-of-concept environments tailored to customer needs.
What you'll do
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to business and technical stakeholders
- Facilitate solution discovery, overview sessions, and technical deep dives with prospective customers
- Build customized proof-of-concept environments showcasing product capabilities aligned with customer objectives
- Develop and contribute to RFI/RFP proposals highlighting how solutions address customer business needs
- Build and maintain relationships with key customer advocates to drive long-term solution adoption
- Collaborate with product management to convey customer requirements and feedback
