About this role
Build native Android features for BJAK's AI-powered neobank app, focusing on clean user flows and reliable mobile experiences for insurance, payments, and financial services. You'll own the full development lifecycle from API integration to performance optimization using Kotlin and modern Android tooling.
What you'll do
- Develop and ship Android features in Kotlin for insurance, payments, claims, and financial services
- Design clean mobile user flows collaborating with product and design teams
- Integrate backend REST APIs and ensure stable, secure mobile implementations
- Optimize app performance, crash rates, and memory usage based on analytics and user behavior
- Implement AI-assisted experiences using TensorFlow Lite for on-device inference
- Debug production issues and improve reliability through data-driven decisions
