Join Mercor's talent experience team as a full-stack engineer building customer-facing products for AI experts and leading AI labs. You'll ship fast across multiple product surfaces, own features end-to-end, and thrive in a high-velocity environment where frontend craft meets full-stack capability.

What you'll do

  • Design and ship full-stack product features across multiple areas of Mercor's platform
  • Build polished, intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks with strong UX attention
  • Own features end-to-end from product discussions through implementation, testing, and release
  • Rapidly context-switch between product areas and unfamiliar codebases as priorities evolve
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, AI, and Backend teams to deliver customer-facing experiences
  • Build reusable components and contribute to frontend design systems and shared patterns
