About this role
Square seeks a Solutions Engineer to serve as a technical bridge between the company's largest sellers/partners and internal teams, architecting integrations and omnichannel commerce solutions. You'll combine engineering expertise with sales acumen to support client implementations while providing market feedback that shapes product strategy.
What you'll do
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to support seller platform integrations and co-sell Square's Developer Platform
- Collaborate with Partnerships team to facilitate and enable partner integrations
- Analyze client technical architecture and recommend appropriate Square solutions
- Provide dedicated support to strategic sellers and partners
- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
- Gather market insights to inform product prioritization and design
