About this role
Blossom Health is hiring software engineers at all levels to build an AI-native mental healthcare platform. You'll design scalable systems, ship high-quality code, and leverage AI to improve clinician and patient experiences while working with a top-tier team in a high-growth Series A startup.
What you'll do
- Design and build scalable, reliable systems for core product workflows
- Ship high-quality code that balances speed with technical rigor
- Proactively identify and resolve system reliability risks, owning uptime and performance
- Leverage AI to create intuitive clinician and patient experiences
- Conduct thoughtful code reviews and mentor team members on engineering excellence
- Own meaningful projects end-to-end with minimal oversight
