Blossom Health is a Series A mental health AI platform seeking software engineers to build scalable systems that expand access to psychiatric care. You'll own meaningful technical projects with high autonomy while working alongside a top-tier team in a fast-growing startup environment.

What you'll do

  • Design and build scalable, reliable systems for core product workflows
  • Ship high-quality code balancing speed with technical rigor
  • Own system reliability, uptime, observability, and performance
  • Integrate cutting-edge AI to create intuitive clinician and patient experiences
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers to raise technical standards
  • Proactively identify and resolve system reliability risks
