Process Engineer

About this role

Blueland seeks a Process Engineer to support the development and optimization of eco-friendly cleaning products in tablet and powder formats. You'll work remotely for a sustainably-focused company that has diverted over 1 billion plastic bottles from landfills while maintaining rigorous environmental and safety certifications.

What you'll do

• Optimize manufacturing processes for tablet and powder cleaning products
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety certifications (Cradle to Cradle, EPA Safer Choice, etc.)
• Improve production efficiency and reduce waste in manufacturing operations
• Collaborate with product development on scaling innovations
• Conduct testing and validation of process improvements
• Support supply chain and quality assurance initiatives
