Software Engineer, Agent

About this role

Join Bluenote as a Software Engineer, Agent to develop AI-powered workflow automation solutions for life sciences clients. You'll partner directly with customers to understand their needs, build and deploy LLM-based agents on the Bluenote platform, and iterate rapidly to drive real-world impact in drug development and healthcare.

What you'll do

• Engage with life sciences clients to understand processes and translate requirements into software solutions
• Design and build AI workflows using LLMs and agentic frameworks
• Own end-to-end deployment of AI solutions from prompt engineering to evaluation
• Create evaluation datasets and iterate with users to improve system performance
• Serve as technical bridge between customer needs and platform capabilities
