About this role

Boston Materials seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer to drive customer adoption of advanced thermal interface materials for AI and semiconductor applications. You'll serve as the primary technical contact for hyperscalers and ODMs, translating their requirements into product validation work and ensuring successful TIM integration in next-gen packaging.

What you'll do

  • Lead early- to mid-stage customer interactions and requirement capture for TIM integration projects
  • Translate customer needs into actionable technical specifications and validation plans
  • Prepare and deliver thermal performance data and technical documentation to support customer qualification
  • Manage sample production, testing coordination, and integration support for customer design cycles
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, manufacturing, and R&D teams on customer feedback
  • Own end-to-end customer technical engagement from evaluation through production qualification
