Solutions Engineer

About this role

Bretton AI seeks a Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical liaison between sales and customers, demonstrating how the company's AI agents automate compliance operations in financial services. You'll create customized demos and proof-of-concepts while translating complex AI solutions for both technical and business stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Partner with Account Executives to design and deliver customized product demonstrations aligned with prospect needs
• Build proof-of-concepts and prototypes showcasing AI agent capabilities for compliance automation
• Present technical solutions to CTOs, Chief Compliance Officers, and other stakeholders
• Address technical objections regarding integration, compliance, and system performance
• Provide field feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions
• Develop sales enablement materials and best practices to scale the solutions engineering function

• Technical communication and presentation abilities

• Fintech or AI product experience (bonus)
