About this role
Lead the development and management of Brex's external AI ecosystem, building integrations that enable customers to interact with Brex through third-party AI assistants and platforms. You'll own the technical standards, security patterns, and reliability of these integrations while partnering across teams to ensure safe, valuable, and well-supported experiences for power users.
What you'll do
- Own MCP Apps for OpenAI, Claude, Slack, and other AI platforms, including roadmap and partnership decisions
- Define technical, UX, and reliability standards for Brex integrations within external AI assistant ecosystems
- Design secure, auditable integration patterns with proper permissions, access controls, and user representation across third-party environments
- Build and operate production-grade integrations that remain resilient amid evolving platforms and constraints
- Partner cross-functionally with Security, Platform, Sales, and internal teams to ensure integrations are secure and well-supported
- Establish reusable AI capabilities and standards that power Brex's AI functionality across internal and external integrations
