GTM Engineer

About this role

ButterflyMX is hiring a GTM Engineer to build AI-powered automation and agent infrastructure that eliminates manual work in the Sales organization, increases rep productivity, and accelerates pipeline velocity. This senior individual contributor role requires both technical expertise and deep understanding of sales operations to identify and solve revenue constraints.

What you'll do

• Build AI-powered pipeline generation infrastructure including property trigger monitoring, account scoring, and outreach automation
• Develop and maintain a library of role-specific AI agents for tasks like call summarization, outreach personalization, and deal coaching
• Design and operate internal tools that give the Sales team self-serve access to intelligence and workflow acceleration
• Analyze Salesforce data and sales activity to identify automation opportunities and measure impact on rep productivity
• Own prompt engineering and agent reliability infrastructure to ensure AI systems run reliably at scale
• Partner with Sales leadership to prioritize work based on revenue constraints and shipping outcomes at sprint cadence
