About this role

Join Centerfield's engineering team as a Software Engineering Intern in Los Angeles, where you'll develop customer acquisition features and AI-powered platforms using modern tech stack. You'll work on APIs, data pipelines, and distributed systems while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative learning environment with mentorship from experienced engineers.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain APIs and backend services connecting multiple data sources
  • Contribute to internal platforms powering analytics, reporting, and business insights
  • Work on distributed, event-driven applications processing data at scale
  • Collaborate with engineering, data engineering, and data science teams on ML initiatives
  • Design and develop cloud-based applications and services
  • Support the evolution of scalable system architectures and data pipelines

  • C# and .NET development
  • SQL and relational database design
  • Web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Software development fundamentals (source control, debugging, OOP)
  • React or modern front-end frameworks (bonus)
