About this role

Chime seeks a full-stack Growth Engineer to build consumer-facing features that drive measurable business metrics and member acquisition. You'll work across React, TypeScript, Rails, and Go to ship end-to-end growth experiments, collaborate cross-functionally, and iterate rapidly based on data.

  • Build and ship growth-focused features across the full stack—frontend UI, backend services, and A/B tests
  • Collaborate with product, design, data science, and marketing teams to identify opportunities and validate solutions
  • Rapidly prototype, launch, and analyze A/B tests focused on activation, conversion, and engagement
  • Optimize performance and scalability across client and server layers to improve funnel conversion and latency
  • Apply metrics-driven decision-making to prioritize efforts based on member and business impact
  • Mentor peers and drive technical excellence through code reviews and best practices
